Webdesign & Webmastering for Poets, Writers & the Arts

Denise can design a website for you that's built to showcase your creative work. It's a great way to share your words with the world, announce news, readings & events, interact with your readers, and perhaps sell a few books.

And, we don't just design sites for literary folk - we are glad to work with other creative people, non-profits, and small businesses of all stripes. And, we've been doing it since 2000 so have the experience to do it right.

inexpensive, custom-designed websites

I offer you a fresh new website, designed with your needs & desires in mind. Your site will be custom-designed to spotlight you & your work.

Most packages include webhosting, email accounts, detailed website statistics, website promotion & more.

If you're on a budget, a single-page website may suffice. With it you can share (for example) a poem or two, your contact information, brief bio & some news. It can be updated anytime. Cost for a one-page website is from $175-300.

Larger, custom-designed websites are available as well, from about $450 & up. This size of site will really let you stretch out and share larger amounts of your work, mp3s, and photos, sell books or CDs, publish a longer bio, present a calendar of events, links, and whatever else you'd like.

If you're on a budget, do let me know what it is - I can come up with a solution that will work with nearly any budget.

I will also promote your website on the net for free. And, all sites I design are optimized to be easily found on Google & the other search engines.

	Edwin Romond - Poet Freshly redesigned & expanded 9-page website for award-winning poet & educator Edwin Romond, featuring news, workshops, events, books & poems.
	Ted Joans - Poet Author website, designed to promote a collection of poetry titled "WOW." Very basic, yet effective, focused 4-page site includes the poet's biography, poems from the book, basic shopping cart & email form.
	Ted Joans - alternate design This alternate design includes no links page, but otherwise identical content. We always create 2 or more designs from which our clients can choose. The suitcase design above was chosen for this site, but we left this online to show you another example of what can be done.
	American Sentences New 12-page website spotlighting Paul Nelson's "American Sentences" poems & exploring the roots of this haiku-inspired form, which was invented by Allen Ginsberg.
	Alchemy Word Studio One-page graphics-intensive site for a freelance writer; the ancient alchemical graphics & gold reflect her theme, "Turning words into gold." This page is archived as the owner has closed shop.
	Toyin Adeyemi One-page brochure website for a freelance writer, including information about her current research projects. Toyin requested a low-key, playful, feminine design.
